Please always enclose a copy of the invoice or the order confirmation with your stamped return. After receiving and checking the goods (the item must be unused and in its original packaging) we will refund the purchase amount.
In order that we can continue to realize our low online prices, we unfortunately do not pay any return costs in the event of cancellation. If you have paid with PayPal, you can get your return costs refunded by PayPal (see following information):
If you pay us directly via your PayPal account (does not apply to purchases made by direct debit, credit card or purchase on account), you can have the shipping costs for your return refunded by PayPal up to 12 times a year. This applies to costs of up to 25€ per return.
How does it work? It’s easy: Activate PayPal’s “Free Returns” service in your PayPal account, scan your shipping receipt within 30 days and simply receive the shipping costs to your PayPal account.
