The new version Version 3.0 LED
The latest generation of the 3.0 is now the 3.0 LED airbag waistcoat, which is now noticeably more comfortable to wear and has been further developed in the system structure. Another innovation is the airbag LED system display on the outside of the waistcoat in the chest area, where the rider can immediately see the status of the airbag system by means of a coloured LED display. In addition, the stretch inserts have been adapted again and optimised for maximum wearing comfort.
The hybrid system:
The airbag can be driven with fully electronic activation without cable pull or also with manual cable pull activation, both in one system! The driver decides for himself which activation he would like to have. For the manual version, only a cable must be connected to the station wagon and bike. The electronic version, on the other hand, works completely independently without any cable connection to the bike. The rider can set all functions of the airbag system himself via an app on his mobile phone or tablet.
Once the airbag has been triggered, the waistcoat can be easily reactivated by the rider. To do this, the so-called activation kit is simply changed by the driver. This means no need to send the vest in after it has been triggered, no long waiting time, no expensive restoration.
The waistcoat offers maximum safety and is ultra comfortable. It is closed by means of a zip in the front, where not only one, but two staggered zips are available. This is particularly advantageous when changing from a leather suit to a textile jacket or when there is more or less clothing volume, e.g. on cold or very hot days, the waistcoat can thus be easily adapted to the conditions.
The activation system sits maintenance-free at the back of the hump, so the waistcoat fits snugly to the body everywhere without disturbing objects and does not scratch the motorbike. If your leather suit has a hump around the back, the foam insert should be removed from the hump to create enough space for the waistcoat. This is possible without any problems with any leather suit (e.g. through the inner lining)!
The app:
The mobile V-Racer RR app is an auxiliary tool with which settings such as the riding mode (road or race track), the correct position of the antenna can be determined or the system can be reactivated after a triggering. The app also contains helpful information about the system and facilitates software support, e.g. in the event of an update. The airbag system works perfectly and on its own even without a mobile app running in the background. The app is not necessary for pure driving operation. The V-Race RR mobile app is available free of charge for both iOS and ANDROID in the respective Apple/Google App Store.
Approval and certification:
The Gimoto Airbag Vest 4.0 with patented fully electronic airbag system as well as with mechanical cable pull is approved and certified for road and race track use. The waistcoat is worn over simply the motorbike clothing (leather suit, leather jacket or textile jacket).
The airbag protection area:
Protects the entire back, neck, hip, shoulder, collarbone and chest. In addition, there is an integrated level 2 complete back protector down to the rump.

The waistcoat comes with everything needed.
The e-charge kit for self-change or self-activation of the airbag (with electronics) after a fall can be ordered directly. If you only want to ride with a cable without electronics, you only need the Co2 capsule with tools as a replacement after a fall.
